UNDERSTANDING GENDER BIAS IN LEADERSHIP MODELS
WHAT CAN WE DO?
We are reviewing our current culture and how it can better support and deliver gender equality throughout all senior employment opportunities. Board members have to decide now what they want their business to look like in three years’ time, in order to create business performance target markers in leadership to help identify what parts of the culture needs to change to achieve this and set out an action plan. This action requires a new model for leadership, one that will drive future success and equality for all.
NCF is working with operators to raise awareness that helps identify our personal biases and address the common work situations where these might arise. We will support casinos to build into everyday interactions the culture to reflect and pause and sense check our opinions and thoughts.
